MARLICE: What is it

MARLICE is an international forum on marine litter and circular economy. It is a meeting point for stakeholders in the problem of marine litter to pool knowledge and experience and find solutions.

Since the first edition in 2019 we have held 3 MARLICE editions and a special edition MARLICE ISLANDS, accumulating a great success. The next edition will be held in 2026 in Tenerife, Canary Islands thanks to the support of the Government of the Canary Islands

It is organized by the Spanish Association of Marine Garbage (AEBAM), which aims to constitute an efficient associative framework that contributes to prevent and reduce the amount and impact of waste that reaches the marine environment.
