Juan Carlos de León is Director of Operations at GF Hoteles, the hotel chain of Grupo Fedola. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Barcelona and a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of La Laguna, where he has also lectured in the Master’s in Hotel Management programme. He leads a team managing five hotels with more than 1,200 employees. Over the past decade, he has driven sustainability as a strategic pillar, positioning the company as a benchmark in responsible tourism management.
