Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Fisheries Management from CIHEAM and the University of Alicante. He has professional experience since 2001 as a marine biologist, participating in artificial reef monitoring campaigns. Since 2007, he has been working continuously at the Agencia de Gestión Agraria de Andalucía (AGAPA), contributing to fisheries management activities. Since 2024, he has been involved in a project focused on the detection and removal of lost or abandoned fishing gear in protected seabed areas using artificial reefs.
