With more than 25 years of experience in the third sector, Xoán España has led AMICOS’ transformation towards a model centred on the person, free choice and innovation. He promotes active citizenship, as well as projects that integrate inclusion and environmental sustainability. His leadership has turned AMICOS into a dynamic organisation focused on creating real opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
