MARLICE: What is it?
MARLICE is an international forum on marine litter and circular economy that has been held since 2019. It is organized by the Spanish Association of Marine Garbage (AEBAM), which aims to constitute an efficient associative framework that contributes to prevent and reduce the amount and impact of waste that reaches the marine environment.
This new edition 2026 will be held in the Canary Islands promoted by the Canary Government and with the co-financing of the CIRCULAROCEAN project, coordinated by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Energy of the Government of the Canary Islands and framed in the Interregional Cooperation Program INTERREG MAC 2021-2027.
