Raquel Parra is the Director of Strategy and Technological Development at Captoplastic, reporting directly to the CEO, and a co-founder of the company. She has over 18 years of experience in both technical and commercial departments within engineering companies such as Técnicas Reunidas, Duro Felguera, and Grupo Hamon. She has a strong track record in defining and executing business development strategies in complex technological environments, leading the identification of market opportunities, the structuring of strategic partnerships, and the negotiation of agreements. She is co-inventor and author of seven patents, currently owned by the company, which form the core of Captoplastic’s technological platform. Regarding her academic background, she holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and an MBA from EAE Business School. At Captoplastic, her role focuses on defining and executing the company’s technological and growth strategy, leading the evolution of the technological platform, identifying strategic opportunities, and structuring key partnerships for the validation, industrialization, and scaling of solutions.
