Amaia Rodríguez is CEO and co-founder of Gravity Wave, a circular economy company that removes plastic from the sea and ports and transforms it into recycled materials and products. In 2024, she was recognized with the second European prize at the Cartier Women’s Initiative and became part of its global fellows network. In 2025, she was also awarded at the Women Startup Awards for her leadership and impact.
