She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Alfonso X el Sabio University and a degree in Technical Public Works Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid; she also has a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade and International Negotiation, as well as an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from ICADE. Highlights of her professional experience include her role as Director-General for the Circular Economy of Castilla-La Mancha, within the Regional Ministry of Sustainable Development, from 2019 to 2022. She also served as Head of Section at the Spanish Office for Climate Change from 2018 to 2019. She has also held the positions of technical and commercial manager at CONSULNIMA SL, HIDRALIA GRUPO INCLAM S.A. and CERTUM, S.A.. At PROINTEC S.A., she was head of the Infrastructure Control and Monitoring Unit. She has also worked at CYES S.A. and OFITECO, in the technical and financial supervision of civil engineering works, and as a project engineer.
