Dácil Caraballo Delgado holds a degree in Biology from the Universidad de La Laguna and currently works at TRAGSATEC as the lead technician for the project “Marine Litter Collection in the Special Area of Conservation (SAC) of Tenerife and Gran Canaria through Environmental Monitoring Vessels”. The project is carried out for the Canary Islands’ Ministry for Ecological Transition and Energy and funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility – Next Generation EU, Component 4, Investment 2.
