Urban planner architect (UGR, 2003) and PhD (UPM, 2013) with over 20 years of experience and more than 50 built projects, he combines his teaching and research activity at the European University of the Canary Islands—with participation in European projects and as PI of the TCTH research group—with his professional work in urban planning, expert consultancy, and underwater research. As a master instructor in technical and scientific diving, he links urban parameters with marine litter and its impact on tourism. He is President of SEBUCIU.
