Biography

Juan Párbole Montes. Madrid, 1979 Holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Management of Coastal Ecosystems from the Universidad de Barcelona. He has worked as a technical consultant for the Autonomous National Parks Agency, contributing to the development of educational exhibition and interpretation projects for Visitor and Interpretation Centres in several Spanish National Parks, including Picos de Europa, Ordesa y Monte Perdido, and Las Tablas de Daimiel. He has also collaborated with the Directorate-General for Water of the Ministry of the Environment. He participated as editor of the publication Ecological Bases for the Conservation of Habitat Types of Community Interest in Spain, published by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. Since 2011, he has been working at ADEAC-FEE, where he has served as a technical officer for the Blue Flag programme and has taken on the direction and coordination of other environmental education and sustainability programmes, including Sendero Azul and Young Reporters for the Environment.
