Graduate in Marine Sciences with an MBA from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC). He has over 15 years of experience as a technologist and innovation project manager. He has held several positions as a technologist at the Research Results Transfer Office (OTRI) of the Canarian Institute of Marine Sciences, as well as project management roles in other organizations. Specialized in blue economy innovation, he is the co-author of the Blue Economy Activity Reports in the Canary Islands produced by CETECIMA. Since 2009, he has served as the head of the innovation department and, since 2022, as Technical Director.
